I really am excited to hear you are thinking about addingDisney Genie+ service to your Disneyland experience. If you and your party are big on attractions, I definitely recommend using Disney Genie+! If everyone in your party wants to take advantage of being able to access Lightning Lanes for participating attractions, each person will need to purchase Disney Genie+ service. If a Guest does not purchase it for their ticket, they will not have access to make Lightning Lane selections. Each person that purchases Disney Genie+ will also have access to unlimited digital downloads of PhotoPass photos.
If your whole party is on board to purchase this service, I highly recommend you have a leader for your squad. This person should link all tickets to their account in their Disneyland app. They can do this by getting the ticket ID numbers or scanning each ticket. Each person can also have their tickets on their own account without issue. The designated leader can then easily make Lightning Lane selections for the whole group in one transaction rather than have everyone try to coordinate an attraction and return time individually in the app.
