Smores Mini Pies are something the whole family can enjoy. My husband would eat these every night if he could, which is why we can’t make these every night around here. Truth be told, all of us eat them up in an instant. So, if you’re looking for that perfect summertime treat that you can eat any time of the year, these S’mores Mini Pies are for you!

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out both pie crusts and use the biscuit cutter to cut out 12 rounds from each pie crust.
Break each Hershey bar into the 12 sections and place 2 pieces of chocolate on top of 12 pie crust rounds.
Place 3 or 4 marshmallows on top of the chocolate pieces on the 12 pie crust rounds.
Take a plain pie crust round and put it on top the marshmallows. Take a fork and press around the edges of the crusts so they are pressed tightly together. I dipped my fork in water as I pressed down the crusts, so they would stick better.
