How to Use The Target Shop Button

Tips for making the BEST easy white chocolate fudge
- Use qualityingredients- Since this whitechocolatefudge only uses a fewingredients, it’s important to stick with the best quality, if possible.
- Be careful whenmelting-To prevent scorching, meltthechocolateon lower heat while stirring constantly. You can use a double boiler if desired. If using themicrowave, use short intervals and be sure tostirafter each interval.
- Allow to cool completely. Be patient with the cooling process. This fudge needs to cool completely in order to set into a firmtexture.
- Use asharp knife.When it’s time to cut the fudge, use asharp knifeto make smooth, even cuts.
How to make WhiteChocolateFudge
INGREDIENTS
- White Chocolate Chips–Use your favorite brand of whitechocolatesince this will be the primaryflavor. I love using chopped Dove whitechocolatecandybars.
- Sweetened condensed milk-This is used to sweeten the fudge and give an ultra-smooth and creamytexture.
- Seasalt-Balances out the sweetness.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line an 8×8 baking dish withparchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, addwhite chocolate chips. (see note)
- Stir constantlyuntil thechocolatemelted and stir in salt.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir insweetened condensed milkjust until combined.
- Immediatelypourthemixtureinto the preparedpanand smooth into an even layer. (The mixture will begin to thicken quickly. I like to use an offset spatula to smooth the surface.)
- Presssprinklesonto the top if using.
- Cover and place in thefridgefor 1 hour or until firmly set.
- Remove fudge from the pan, and using asharp knife, slice it into 1-inch cubes.
- Store atroom temperaturein anairtight container.

- Can I use different types ofchocolatechips?Yes, you can, but this will change theflavor. Feel free to use milkchocolate, darkchocolate, or semi-sweetchocolatechips!
- Can this be made in themicrowave?Yes! Be sure to use amicrowave-safe bowlandmeltin intervals.
- Why is my fudge grainy? If there are water droplets in the saucepan or if the sugar crystallizes during the cooking process, the fudge can take on a grainytexture. Be sure thepanis completely dry, that youstirconstantly, and do not let themixtureboil. You only need enough heat tomeltthechocolate.
- Can I freeze whitechocolatefudge?Yes! Wrap in a few layers of plastic wrap and a layer of aluminum foil. Next, place in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
- Can I use regular milk instead of condensed milk in whitechocolatefudge?No, this recipe needs condensed milk in order to firm up correctly. It provides the sweetness and creamytextureneeded.
